Orders & changes

If the order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, address changes or delivery interception may not be possible.

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Our main products are made with platinum-cured silicone with SGS-certified raw material, chosen for its texture, flexibility, durability, and ease of cleaning. Please check each product page for the materials of specific parts, accessories, or packaging.

Returns, exchanges & issues

Contact our support at support@playbearpx.com within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (as shown on the tracking status). Your email must include: your order number, clear photos and/or a short video showing the defect or incorrect item, and a photo of the original shipping package with the tracking label visible. Do not discard the packaging until support completes the review.

You must report any issue within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted. Please email support@playbearpx.com with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a photo of the shipping label.

All sales are final once an order has been shipped. Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for any dispatched items — regardless of whether the packaging remains sealed or unopened. This is a strict policy for hygiene and safety reasons. For international customers, we do not require you to return any physical product even in the case of defects or fulfillment errors.

All sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect size choice. For defective or incorrect items, please see our 7-day claim process above. International customers are not required to return physical products.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects identified after support review within the 7-day claim window. Damage caused by improper use, incorrect cleaning, incompatible lubricant, heat, or sharp objects is not covered.

Because Play Bear products are meticulously handcrafted and poured on demand, the following are normal and not considered manufacturing defects: slight color variations, minor cosmetic imperfections (such as small surface bubbles), visible mold seam lines, and slight measurement variations. These are inherent to the handcrafted production process and do not affect product function or safety.
