SECTION 4 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES (IMPORTANT)
When ordering from PlayBear, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
International orders may be subject to local import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees once a shipment reaches your destination country. SOARWIND TECHNOLOGY LIMITED has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 
All such additional charges for customs clearance MUST BE BORNE BY YOU (the customer). If you refuse to pay these customs duties/taxes, the package may be abandoned, destroyed, or returned to sender. In such cases, we are NOT responsible for issuing a refund for the abandoned products or the shipping costs.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
