1. Age Restriction & Eligibility

2. Order Cancellations
Because our items are handcrafted and produced on demand (production takes up to 7 calendar days), we have specific guidelines for cancellations:

Before Dispatch: You may request to cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been dispatched. To contact us, please email support@playbearpx.com with your order number.

After Dispatch: Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
3. Strict No-Return Policy (Hygiene & Health)
At Play Bear, we maintain the highest standards of quality, health, and hygiene. Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for any dispatched items, regardless of whether the packaging remains sealed or unopened.
Special Note for International Customers: Because of high international shipping costs, customs complexities, and strict hygiene standards, we strictly DO NOT require you to return any physical product to us under any circumstances, even in the case of defects or fulfillment errors.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items (7-Day Claim Window)
While we maintain strict quality control, we understand that mistakes or damages can occasionally happen. If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, you must contact us at support@playbearpx.com within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (as indicated by the tracking status).
How to submit a claim: To help us resolve the issue quickly, your email must include:

Clear photos and/or a short video showing the defect or the incorrect item received.

A photo of the original shipping package showing the tracking label.
Judgment Criteria for Defects:

Valid Defects / Errors: Major structural damage upon arrival (e.g., deep tears), missing parts, or receiving an entirely wrong model, size, or color than what was ordered.

What DOES NOT qualify as a defect: Because Play Bear products are meticulously handcrafted and poured on demand, slight color variations, minor cosmetic imperfections (such as small surface bubbles), or visible mold seam lines are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects. Furthermore, any damage caused by improper use, incorrect cleaning methods, or the use of incompatible chemicals/lubricants (e.g., using silicone-based or oil-based lubes on silicone products) is strictly excluded from our defect policy.
Resolution: Once our team reviews your evidence and confirms the issue falls under a valid defect or fulfillment error, our customer support team will contact you directly with a suitable resolution tailored to your specific situation. As stated in our no-return policy, you will not need to ship the original item back to us; you may simply dispose of it safely.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, product designs, tactical toy concepts, and software—is the exclusive property of Play Bear and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any of our content or product designs for commercial purposes without our express written consent. Unauthorized use or imitation of our designs and images will result in legal action.
6. Product Safety and Assumption of Risk
Not every product is appropriate for every individual. You agree to use our products at your own risk and use good judgment relative to your experience and health.

Ensure you only use compatible lubricants (e.g., water-based lubricants) with our materials. Damage caused by incompatible chemicals, improper cleaning, or incorrect lubricants is not considered a manufacturing defect.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLAY BEAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR OUR PRODUCTS. Your use of the products is entirely at your own risk. In no event shall our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the products exceed the actual amount you paid to us for the specific product at issue.
8. Refusal of Service & Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict shipping to certain regions or individuals for legal, safety, or logistical reasons, or if we suspect fraud. If your order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.
